Global Connections Fall Picnic

The Global Connections (GC) Executive Committee is delighted to invite all registered GC members to a delicious catered picnic.

Where: Holmes Foster Park, 901 Westerly Parkway, State College

When: Sunday, September 19, 5:00-7:00 PM

Who: All registered dues-paying members at no charge. Others are welcome to attend upon paying the $10 annual dues at the picnic. Children under 12 can join free of charge.

What:

• Eat great food
• Socialize and reconnect with other members
• Learn about Global Connections’s current activities and plans and how you can participate actively in our mission.

Menu:

• Garden fresh tomatoes, cucumbers
• Farm roasted corn
• Homemade ranch dressing and red onion-herb vinaigrette
• Real- deal Big Mama's potato salad
• “Pucker me up” lemon cabbage slaw
• Homemade bread and butter pickles
• Soft picnic rolls, sweet cream butter
• Country- fried buttermilk chicken

• Take- home “Welcome to the Community” apple pie compliments of Gemelli Bakers
